Q - Do the shirts have to be the same color?
A – No, you may choose from any of the shirt colors listed.

Q - May I use my own design?
A - Yes. Send us your artwork and we will set it up for your approval.
Q - How many do I have to order for a re-order?
A - Our minimum re-order is 24 shirts. For any quantity less than that, there will be a nominal set-up charge.
Q - When do I pay for my order?
A – We require 50% down on all orders – balance before we ship. Prepaid orders will receive FREE SHIPPING.
Q - What forms of payment do you take?
A - We accept checks, Paypal and major credit cards via Paypal. If you would like more information about setting up a Paypal account, please visit their website at www.paypal.com.
Q - What is your standard delivery time?
A - Standard Delivery time for all orders is 10-14 working days.
Q - What if I need my order sooner?
A – Just let us know. We are the experts in getting your order done quickly. If there are rush shipping fees associated with the order, the customer will be responsible for those, but we will do everything possible to help you avoid expensive shipping costs.
Q - Can you help me with awards for Field Day?
A – Yes! We have custom ribbons and medals made just for Field Day – just ask your sales representative.
Q – Can I make a change to our order?
A – Maybe. It just depends how far we are with your order. Please call your sales representative for more information.
Q – So what if I need to order more shirts?
A – Give us a call – we are more than happy to work with our customers.
Q – Do you do T-shirts for other groups or institutions?
A – Yes, we do. We specialize in Field Day T-Shirts and Physical Ed. Tees for Gym class but we are a full-service textile screen-printing company. Send us your ideas and we will be happy to quote you on any special project you might have.
Q – I have not received my custom order form to send home with each child.
