Q - Do the shirts have to be the same color?
A - You may use different color shirts with the same imprint color. NOTE: a few of our designs are for white or ash shirts only. Those designs are clearly marked.

Q - May I use my own design?
A - Yes. Send us your artwork and we will set it up for your approval.

Q - How many do I have to order for a re-order?
A - Our minimum order is 48 shirts. For any quantity less than that, there will be a nominal set-up charge.

Q - When do I pay for my order?
A - All orders are shipped NET 15. However, prepaid orders will receive FREE SHIPPING.

Q - What forms of payment do you take?
A - We accept checks, Paypal and major credit cards via Paypal. If you would like more information about setting up a Paypal account, please visit their website at www.paypal.com.

Q - What is your standard delivery time?
A - Standard Delivery time for all orders is 7-10 working days.

Q - What if I need my order sooner?
A - All rush orders must be prepaid and there will be a 15% surcharge on the order. If there are rush shipping fees associated with the order, the customer will be responsible for those as well. We will do everything possible to help you avoid expensive shipping costs.

Q - Can you help me with awards for Field Day?

Q – Can I make a change to our order?
A – No. Once you have placed your order we do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations. All orders are placed into the production process immediately to facilitate timely completion & delivery of your t-shirts. This includes ordering your garments from the manufacturer, final art preparation and final production scheduling. Should you wish to cancel an order you have already placed there will be a cancellation fee which will include a re-stocking and art charge.

Q – So what do I do if I need to order more shirts?
A – A completely new order needs to be placed, via telephone, email, or fax.

Q – Do you do T-shirts for other groups or institutions?
A – Yes, we do. We specialize in Field Day T-Shirts and Physical Ed. Tees for Gym class but we are a full-service textile screen-printing company. Send us your ideas and we will be happy to quote you on any special project you might have.

Q – I have not received my custom order form to send home with each child.
