WebThe minimum fan speed seems to be around 1300 rpm even when the gpu is not under load. gpu temp is 25 to 30 degrees. The fan is too loud! My old build has a rx480 which lowers fan rpm to 0 when not under load. After some Googling it seems that this is a choice by the people developing amd drivers?
