WebWhen Maurice William Hornsey was born on 30 September 1919, in New Zealand, his father, Laurence Richard Hornsey, was 34 and his mother, Alice Gertrude Delany, was 38. He married Sylvia Magdalene Dodunski in 1947, in New Zealand. He died in 1994, in his hometown, at the age of 75, and was buried in Morrinsville, Waikato, New Zealand.
