WebBasically, Oofos just stole money since Oofos were paid for but nothing delivered. It has been 3 months since I ordered the replacement Oofos. Update March 26, 2024. Oofos since reached out and made my order correct. I have received my oofos now. They are comfortable, but it should be easier to get customer support.
