By using GameON, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

4. Event Hosting & Liability Waiver

By registering for or participating in any event listed on GameON, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ⚠Physical sports activities carry inherent risks of injury, illness, or death.
• ⚠GameON provides only a digital platform for event coordination and accepts no responsibility for the conduct, safety, or organisation of physical events.
• ⚠Event hosts are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, equipment, venue compliance, and insurance of their events.
• ⚠You participate in any event entirely at your own risk.
• ⚠To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against GameON Sports Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents arising from your participation in any event listed on the Platform, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.
• ⚠GameON does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the safety or suitability of any event listed on the Platform.

If you are hosting an event, you agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure participant safety and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements. You indemnify GameON against any claims arising from events you host through the Platform.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including:

• →Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• →Google Firebase — push notifications and analytics
• →Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing
• →Vercel — web hosting

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

7. Children's Privacy

GameON is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and row-level database security. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights
