Tired monday
WebMar 12, 2010 · I've been taking Pak & Flex since Monday. Mon to Wed always tired 2/3 hrs later and on Thursday was the first time i took the 19 pills together and all day nothing but sick and tired had to sleep it off. could this be lack of water intake or lack of food intake ? or should i try one with out the other and see if the problem still occurs?
